1. Agreement to Terms

Unless otherwise indicated, all HeyQuiz content (including AI-generated materials, software, branding, text, images, and other components) are owned or licensed by Lightsail Tech LTD and protected by international copyright and trademark law. 7. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of materials you upload, submit, or generate (such as content and quiz questions). By submitting content, you grant us a global, royalty-free license to use, display, host, process, and adapt such content for the operation and improvement of HeyQuiz, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for your content's legality and must not infringe any third-party rights.
8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use HeyQuiz for illegal, abusive, or malicious purposes;
- Circumvent security or access restrictions;
- Infringe upon intellectual property, or engage in unauthorized data collection;
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful content;
- Use automated tools or scripts without permission;

9. Payment and Subscriptions

10. Service Availability and Support

Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and associated content, with any licenses granted to you revoking immediately. You may cease use and request account deletion via customer support.

HeyQuiz is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not represent or warrant HeyQuiz will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or accurate.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lightsail Tech LTD and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for data loss or service interruption. Our total liability in any circumstance will not exceed the amount paid, if any, for the Service.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lightsail Tech LTD, its affiliates, employees, and agents against any third-party claims or demands arising out of your content, your conduct, or your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
